Introducing Mimi — a hand-drawn serif display font inspired by my great-grandmother, Helen Sawyer. Each letter is crafted with love, reflecting Helen’s spirit through my family’s cherished photos.
These photos capture moments of Helen courting her soon-to-be-husband, Michael, with scenes of them sailing or enjoying each other’s company on the rocks. The nautical theme is a tribute to their timeless love story and my way of connecting with my maternal great-grandmother and a place our family will always call home.
